- We are a pop up stand. Not a food truck.

- We bring our large pans to your event and cook authentic    spanish paella live in front of your guests. 

-We will need a 3m x 3m space to setup in that is well sheltered  from any wind (NB) and or rain

-If your chosen spot is too windy on the day we will need a 2nd  option. 

-We are not a buffet. Once the paella is cooked it must be served  immediately. Speeches must be planned so as to not interfere  with our service time. 

- A charge of 150 will be added for every 30 mins the agreed        eat time gets pushed.

- We are not halal certified but do our best to avoid    cross contamination.
